I understand that therapy is an investment in your well being. My job is to help you identify your goals and take steps to achieve them so you can start to live a healthy and fulfilling life as soon as possible.  Email me to schedule a free 20 minute phone consultation to discuss your goals for treatment and determine if I would be the right therapist for you. 

What are your office hours?

I currently offer in person and Telehealth visit for therapy sessions. My office hours are Mondays to Fridays from 8:30am-3:00pm. 

Do you accept insurance? 

I accept Humana PPO insurance. If I do not accept your insurance you will have to pay my private rate. At the time of payment I will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for possible “out-of-network” reimbursement.

How do you accept payment for sessions?

Cash, check, and major credit cards are accepted for payment and expected at the time of the session unless other arrangements are made.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If a client does not show up for a scheduled therapy appointment, or does not cancel the session 24 hours in advance they are responsible for the full session fee. Please note that many insurance companies will not provide reimbursement for missed sessions.

How many sessions will I need? 

This will be different for each client depending upon their needs and treatment plan. After our first session, I might have a better idea of how many session we need to achieve your goals. After 4-6 sessions we can reassess where we are in the process and how much more time you may need. 

How long are the sessions? 

Sessions are 50 minutes long. However, I also offer 90 minute sessions as well as EMDR intensives if you are wanting to reach your treatment goals faster.
